Default Snapshot

Is it possible to pause a movie in windows media player and extract the paused picture and save it to use as part of a menu at the beginning of a vcd you created.

yes, but it`s easier to use power dvd (or such like) to play the movie, then just press your `c` button (camera) to take a snap of the playing movie, and it will save it to wherever you configured it to.
