I just get in to the mac world. i have a qustion, is it able to copy mac software?

Simply, yes! how to do it is a different question and not so easy to answer. If you have the original cd, then you can do a straight cd to cd copy. you could compress the software with something like stuffit deluxe/lite, and then create a cd image which you can put straigt onto cd
