cant use Zone Alarm Pro when using Lightwave as i found, causes PC to reboot on its own. means that if u want to follow a tutorial u have to download it all before hand or take the risk of not using a firewall for an hour or so.

anyway i use ZoneAlarm Pro on my cable connection and ppl can still get through, it lets u totally cut the connection aswell to stop all traffic(big red button like on war films) i was conneceted approx 20hrs+ a day for most of the year last year and only 2 hackers got in (that i was aware of) good tip is to have a traffic monitor running like the network monitor that appears when u go online then u can see how much is goin out.
