Default Help! IE6 wont open any new windows!

sponsored links

Hmm......for some reason, anything that I click on to open in a new window does not work. The new window frame will open up, but will be transparent and the page doesn't really try to load. I have to copy the target link and paste it in a browser for it to change pages. I have windows XP (so it's IE6) and I've noticed that it says Java Error in the bottom left corner on many occasion. Anybody ever heard of this before?
If it was Java related, then what should I do to fix this?

Thanks
