Default Burning .gi images on a mac - ?????

Does anyone know if it's possible to use / convert primo images so i can burn it in toast?

there is a program to conver gi images to a PC iso and once it is a Ps iso it can be converted to a mac iso with maclink plus then it might be possible dont have any gi images to try it with though
