First thing is that you need a card with video in. Either that or firewire and an ****ogue to DV converter.

If video card, what type of video card do you recommend?
Are you saying if there is video card with video in then I won't need firewire and an ****ogue to DV converter?
What does firewire and an ****ogue to DV converter does?
I am totally new in this area.
Thanks alot.

Your making it sound way to hard mate, just get a tv card, hook up the video machine to it, get somekind of recording software, I used VirtualDub, let it record and after convert from avi to mpg.

Yes it is a little more complicated than I just wrote but after reading about the programs you will find it very easy, I did.

I change my mind going from the digital camera to TV then, to CD, and someone told me I lost quality on the CD.
I like to have all the streaming going from my digital camera to CD.
Any directions?
