Sylia.dll should come with VirtualDub.
There is no output file it is just frameserving the original file and flipping it during the process.
So you have the original AVI and then an AVS file (AVISynth Script) which can be played and converted as an AVI in most cases, however as I said above I don't think Nero can accept AVS files. ffvfw's MakeAVIS can frameserve AVISynth scripts as AVI's though and is now included with AVISynth.
One thing though, you would need to check the output colourspace because if it is say YUV2 and not YV12 then the bug in Nero that caused the video to flip before would not kick in and your output would still be upsidedown.
