I have always had that problem even when setting up the extension in Folder Options, but they open manually with System Information.

They do open with a lot of other applications like Workpad and Notepad, but System Information is the so called parent application.

I use Notepad also. In the past I have also used [url=***********.outertech.com/index.php?_charisma_page=product&id=4]GetDiz

You can also try [url=***********.tucows.com/preview/195829.html]Cool beans or [url=***********.1000files.com/Utilities/Other/QuickNFO_1923_Review.html]QuickNFO.

All of the above are freeware.
