Default 64k bitrate mp3s..can u

can u edit them..or so
so they will sound clearer...like
upgrade it /change it from 64 to 128 or 192 ?
i mean i'm sure it's possible...wat i can think of is.. to..

burn onto cd..
then rip it..to 128/192 bitrate
boom!..then u ahve it 192 bitrate..but i'm sure the quality will still suck
..is there any way at all..to change it..and make it clearer?

Well, despite what you believe and are sure about, you can convert an MP3 to higher bitrates and boom! you would have a higher bitrate MP3 with no improvement in quality at all. The qual may get worse, however!
