Default CD-ROM autostart works - but not manual start over LAN!

sponsored links

Puttingt the CD in a disk drive, everything works fine, if the auto-start
option is enabled. If not, it's not possible to start the CD manually.

This is a problem because in the company the auto-run-option of disk drives is often disabled by default, e.g. for security reasons or to save battery power of laptops.

to start the CD manually per access to shared disk drives doesn't work - only works in autostart enabled PC/Laptop. But I can see the files on the CD-ROM over the network.....

There are media files on the CD-ROM

Any reason why this CD doesnt start manually?
