Well XviD.org only release source code..

Here are some places where you can download binaries.

[URL=********nic.dnsalias.com/]Nic's Builds
[URL=********roeder.goe.net/~koepi/xvid.shtml]Koepi's Builds
[URL=********xvid.hopto.org/]uManiac's instant builds

Koepi has a new build out so I would go that or uManiac's. Also if you had bothered to do a search for XviD you would have seen that this is not the first time I have posted those links.

Also if you are just wanting it for playback then you can install ffdshow, which can decode XviD, MS MPEG4, DivX, etc.

Download binary, double click and install. Also on Koepi's page there is a standalone XviD decoder, which should play back most XviD fine, although some of the newer more experimental features may give it problems.

If you are planning on converting XviD to something else then you will most likely need a VFW codec installed.
