Default Need Help:: Need to know how to burn downloaded WWE Here Comes the Pain image file?

sponsored links

Okay got all the files etc for WWE Smackdown: Here comes the Pain DVD version. Once I unzipped it I got these files:

smackdown_htcp (11).gi <-> 2,147,483,648 (these are just file sizes)
smackdown_htcp (12).gi 2,147,483,648
smackdown_htcp (13).gi 230,260,736
smackdown_htcp.gi 1,476

So how do I go about burning this? Usually when I download DVD game images they are ISO format so I just use Nero for that. But I've never run into this sort of format before. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
