Sounds to me like you made it to big unfortunately. While u don't have to COMPLETELY start from scratch you will have to do CCE again and use a smaller bitrate. You went way over.

k got it

just saw that cce made a m2v after the vaf

cce really warms up the cpu doesnt it? quite a lengthy process

i thought i built a fast machine too, a 1900 amdxp.

thanks for all the help, your guide is very good..

btw, i made a backup of my dvd 'the song remains the same' and it appeared to play ok on my pc's dvd player, but in my dvd player the audio faded out, so i sent it to my brother, and it works perfect in his standalone dvd player.

the funny thing about that story is, i know for a fact i messed up the pulldown on that.... so im assumming that when my brother watches it hes seeing at a slower framerate, but he thinks it perfect :P

anyway i know my dvd player can play dvd-r's so now im trying fight club, and this time i know ill be doing the pulldown right, hopefully it will work in my standalone dvd player, if not oh well.. at least i tried.. and may have to get a new dvd player
