Default downgrading firmware for xbox compatability

sponsored links

I have a liteon ldw-411s and i upgraded my firmware to the latest firmware (fsoj). Soon after i did this, i found out that only fsof firmware will work good with xbox. So when i try to burn my backups onto princo dvd-rs I always have problems with the xbox reading them. I tried to downgrade my firmware to fsof, but it wouldn't let me. Is there a way that i can downgrade the firmware so that I can use the more xbox compatable firmware?

I heard that people burning princos with the fsof firmware found success by using nero and burning with udf/iso and xbox compatability checked. With the fsoj firmware I can definately tell that burning like this works a lot better, but with fsof i hear it is flawless. That is why i want to downgrade.

I was wondering one more thing. If I upgraded my 411s to a 811s, would that fix things? I think the 811 it is basically just a 411s that burns at higher speeds but i want to make sure.
