Default how can i get menu on svcd

ok i am using eazy vcd with the plugins to get svcd but it is only ripping the film how can i get it to rip the menus aswell and i also heard u can get 5.1 sound but i only seem to get 2 channel stereo i know this as i have a cinema system and it comes up 2ch

SVCD spec does support multichannel MPEG audio, however very few players will play it back.

Pretty sure DVD2SVCD will let you do multichannel audio, although it may require something like iAuthor to do it.

The menu's you would have to recreate manually.

If you do a dolby2 downmix and have a prologicII amp then you will get surround from the 2channels.
