Replace your heat sink with a Zalman Flower if you don't already got one, these are ultra silent.

Next replace your case fans with Silent case fans which you can get from www.overclockers.co.uk (my recommendation)

Then look for some anti-vibration pads this should reduce noise level a bit.

Make sure everything in your case is right, ie fans, heat sink, and case panels.

Other then that I don't know what you could do apart from buy a water cooling system but they are not exactly cheap.

Hope that helps.

But a sledgehammer is much more fun! A couple of minutes of loud noise followed by silence.

Seriously, change the cpu heatsink/fan first & then do the case fans.
You can spend loads of money doing this, it all comes down to how quiet you need it.

As for a cpu heatsink I much prefer the [URL=***********.overclock.co.uk/customer/product.php?productid=16535&cat=421]Vantec Aeroflow. There is a P4 version as well.
