Default is there a free online 'harddrive' i can upload files too, which i can share

i want a file system, which i can share with friends, but do not want my friends to change or adjust anything, e.g they only have access to view or download files?

is there a file sharing system like this.

Yahoo briefcase offers 30Mb m8, you can share and restrict the sharing.
