Kaspersky is in a class of its own when we talk about detection of viruses.IT is not heavy and it,s more worthy than Norton,Mcafee or NOD 32

Default anti virus software

I bought a netbook the other day and need an anti-virus on it.

I hav paid for MANY anti-virus programs in my time and felt they are ineffective.

90 of the time, my Kaspersky wouldnt pick up the spyware but malwarebytes free would pick it up.

So i want to get a free anti virus to stop the message "You need an anti-virus" on the pc and then buy malwarebytes full as i think its a lot better.

So which anti-virus free is best? and lite on the system ?
