Just remember, the more you use your PC, and if you install other programs, the more you will negate any chance of recovery.

The best programs to use are ones you can run from a floppy or CD. Make sure you use another PC to download the programs to increase your chance of success.

Default don't run recovery soft for data loss on physically damaged drive

never use a data recovery soft on a physically damaged hard drive. The best way to deal with this problem is professional reliable data recovery service, check out here:

system provide inbuilt data recovery option.
Go start>all program>accessories>system tool and back up.
