Unhappy Help!

I got my cd/dvd drives messed up. I installed a new driver for my modem and it messed up my drives. I cant get them working when windows finds new devices. It says it cant load the driver. This is fujitsu siemens but i dont know if the drive is fujitsus. Windows xp sp2.

delete the modem and the cd drives in the device manager, re boot your PC and let windows reinstall them for you
