Transcode 5D Mark III MOV to Avid DNxHD for Avid Media composer Editing flawlessly

Canon EOS 5D Mark III is an HD camcorder that record videos of 1080/30p s SD in MOV format. The MOV files are good to record videos, but they are not easy to use because many editing software and devices can't read mov format videos, such as the Avid Media Composer etc.
