Any mid-range or better Logitech or Micro$$oft are very good.

If you play games and want a cordless one, make sure you get one that doesn't have any lag.

get a logitech MX1000,i'm a hardcore online gamer and the thing rocks,great sample rate on it,alot better as it uses a lazer

Default mouse hunting....

Yeah, for sure, opt to buy the Logitech cordless/optical. Be sure to set the pointer, in Pointer Options, to auto move pointer to the default button in dialog box; this really cuts down on mouse movement.
