Default Convert VRO to AVI for Kdenlive and Adobe Premiere

sponsored links

"I had a Canon hand-held camera that records video to a mini-dvd disc. The mini-dvd disc contained a file with a VRO extension, which was not supported by my editing software Kdenlive, nor Adobe Premiere, I wanted to convert *vro files to *avi that I could then load into Kdenlive or Adobe Premiere for editing. I had used some video converters, by the output audio was badly out of sync with the image, and could you give me some suggestion? I worked on Mac OS X."

Now I think you exactly need a professional and powerful VRO to AVI converter for Mac—Moyea Video Converter for Mac which is good at converting VRO to AVI with high quality and perfect synchronization of audio and video. Follow is the guide for telling you how to process it.

First of all, please connect your camera with PC, and then please choose to copy VRO files to PC, you better be.

Step-by-Step Guide: Convert VRO to AVI with Moyea Video Converter for Mac.

Step 1: Download, install and launch Mac VRO to AVI Converter(********reg.moyea.com/download/?n=mac-video-converter-guide).

Step 2: Add your VRO files, select output format AVI and specify destination folder.

Click "Add" to load VRO files to this program, or just by dragging-and-dropping method. Then hit the drop-down list of "Format" to select a Kdenlive and Premiere workable format AVI. After that, you need to click "Browse" to point out where to save the output files, if not, they will be stored by default.

Tip: If you want to join multiple VRO files together to be a single one, you can click "Merge into one file" to achieve it. Personally I like to check it.
Step 3: Set advanced settings.

You can get the following interface by clicking button "Settings". In this window, you are permitted to adjust video and audio parameters such as codec name, screen size, bit rate, frame rate, etc. Like keep resolution 1080i, 1080P, 720P, Audio AAC, AC3, 5.1 channel etc.

Step 4: Convert VRO to AVI for Kdenlive and Adobe Premiere.
Once the former three steps have been finished, you can click "Convert" to start converting your VRO files to AVI.

So easy, all the processes can be completed within a few clicks of your mouse. After that, you can click "Open" in the interface of Moyea Mac VRO to AVI Converter to find out the output files, and add them to Kdenlive or Premiere for editing.

Tip: Kdenlive (KDE Non-Linear Video Editor) is a non-linear video editor based on the MLT Framework that focuses on flexibility and ease of use.

The project was initially started by Jason Wood in 2002, and it is now maintained by a small team of developers. Kdenlive supports all of the formats supported by FFmpeg (such as QuickTime, AVI, WMV, MPEG, and Flash Video), and also supports 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratios for both PAL, NTSC and various HD standards, including HDV. Video can also be exported to DV devices, or written to a DVD with chapters and a simple menu.

2011 Best Video Converter for Editing Panasonic Lumix Videos on Mac
Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS7 is the American model, while DMC-TZ10 is the European model digital camera with 12.1 MP and 12x Optical Image Stabilized Zoom. The camera provides two kinds of recording mode according to aspect ratio: 4:3 and 16:9. If you choose to record video with 4:3 (640x480 or 320x240) or 16:9 (848x480), the videos will be saved in QuickTime Motion JPEG. For HD movie in 16:9 (1280x720), you can choose to save as AVCHD Lite or Motion JPEG.
Most of us would choose AVCHD Lite as the recording mode, as it provides high quality videos. However, it is not easy to edit movies in this format on Mac, as it requires high configuration to handle AVCHD Lite videos. While looking for the best way to edit Panasonic Lumix videos on Mac OS X, I find Aunsoft Video Converter for Mac help making the editing easy and smooth.

If you would like to easily edit Panasonic AVCHD Lite videos on Mac iMovie, Final Cut Pro, or Final Cut Express, just follow the guide below with Aunsoft Video Converter for Mac.
Step 1. Import Lumix files to Aunsoft Video Converter for Mac.
Connect Panasonic Lumix camera to iMac with USB cable, and run Aunsoft Video Converter for Mac as the 2011 best Mac Lumix video converter. Click the "Add" button to browse AVCHD Lite .mts videos from directory like AVCHD > BDMV > STREAM.
Step 2. Choose HD MOV output format.
Click the "Format" option and choose HD Video > H.264 HD Video(*.mov) as output format. The Mac Lumix video converter will convert Panasonic DMC-ZS7 AVCHD Lite AVCHD to HD MOV with H.264 as video codec. To get 720p resolution output video, just click the "Settings" button and choose 1208*720 as output video size.

Step 3. Convert Panasonic Lumix AVCHD Lite video to MOV on Mac.
Click the convert button under the preview window, and the Mac Panasonic Lumix video converter will start the conversion from Panasonic DMC-ZS7/TZ10 MTS to MOV for easy editing on Mac iMovie, Final Cut Pro, Final Cut Express.
