Default .Img to .iso

.Img to .iso can i just rename it to .iso?

I don't think you can rename it. But try ISO Buster [Freeware]. You can extract from any image file

Think it would depend on the .IMG file. The .IMG files that SpruceUp and WinImage create, for example, appear to be .ISO files with a different extension, but that may well not be true for all applications that save things with a .IMG extension!
