Default 1024gb Cd

sponsored links

Hi, I would like to create 1024GB of data on 700MB CD-ROM. I know that it is possible, because I saw that CD-ROM (it has 1TB of data on normal 700MB CD-ROM). Can somebody told me how to do this? Thanks.

the data would need to be compressed to a smaller size, using a compression program......its that simple really

Ah well thats different, this may be a form of copy protection, the software writes a dummy file that appears to se to large to fit onto the disc, so if you were to try and copy it you get the message back "Target disc is not large enough"

I thought I already mentioned this? your going to have to compress it !

look at the physical side of the problem... you have 1024Mb of data and you want to fit it onto a disc that will only hold 700Mb of data, the logical way is to compress the 1024 to a size of 700
