One method of playing .DVR-MS on Popcorn Hour C-200

Recently, I found many people have the puzzle about how to enjoy .DVR-MS files on their Popcorn Hour C-200. From ***********, you will find that Popcorn Hour cannot support .DVR-MS files now, so it is necessary to use a third party to help you realize it. According to my own experience, a good DVR-MS converter will be your best choice. Here I just take Moyea Video Converter as an example to share with you my way to convert DVR-MS to C-200 with excellent output quality in an easy way.

As for Mac users, you can choose another powerful DVR-MS converter – Mac Video Converter.

First of all, let's view Popcorn Hour supported formats.

Video containers: MPEG1/2/4 Elementary (M1V, M2V, M4V), MPEG1/2 PS (M2P, MPG, DAT, VOB), MPEG2 Transport Stream (TS, TP, TRP, M2T, M2TS, MTS), AVI, ASF, WMV, Matroska (MKV), MOV (H.264), MP4, RMP4

Audio Containers: AAC, M4A, MPEG audio (MP1, MP2, MP3, MPA), WAV, WMA, FLAC, OGG

Other Formats: ISO, IFO navigation, AVCHD navigation, Blu-ray** ready (requires addition of compatible BD-ROM and at least 2GB USB memory stick)

Are you ready? Just follow me.

Preparation: Free download Moyea Video Converter here, install and run it.

Step 1: Load all your DVR-MS file into this DVR-MS converter program

Step 2: Select output format workable to C-200

Click the "Format" drop-down list, you could easily choose C-200 workable format, like AVI, WMV, MOV, ASF, MKV, VOB, MPG, etc for your reference. At the same time, you can set destination folder from the "Output". If not, the output files will be saved in the default folder automatically.

If you want to join/combine several DVR-MS files into a single one, just tick the checkbox "Merge into one file" to make it.

Step 3: Set advanced settings

Click the "Settings" button, you can easily adjust audio/video parameters as your will to get better output quality, like resolution, the aspect ratio, size, codec, bit rate, channels, frame rate, etc.

Step 4: Click the “Convert” button to start DVR-MS conversion

Once all the settings are done, you will get the converted files in a short time and then you can put them on your C-200 or other media player or portable device for viewing.

That's all. Hope it helps!
