Default not enough quota? error message

sponsored links

I have no idea what this means but here's some background:

3 people sharing PC
Wireless Internet password locked
Windows XP SP2

We keep it idling most of the day and every once in a while the PC throws a tantrum and an error message pops up with "Not enough quota is available to process these commands." It occurs on everything. Internet...games...files...

After rebooting everything is fine again but is there something I can do to prevent this from popping up? What should I be checking quota wise? Everything I look at seems fine to me.
