Default free software fire wall virus checker

Hi I want some free software to protect my pc
I have a fiddling little brother and I want to stop him from changing folders making things hidden by using folder options etc.

Also stopping him from downloading things I dont want him too such as
**** or illegal software etc.

Or having access to edit any part of my pc
I know i can put a block via the bios but he sneaks in and uses when ever my backs turned.

Please save me from a lengthy sentence for gbh abh lol
I just wanna see his face when realises that he can't do fanny all

I saw a program which did simlar to it i think it was called virus shield
any info on this product would help cultr thanks for looking

[url=********]Core Control[/url] might help here. As for **** etc you'll probably have to use something like netnanny. []Zonealarm[/url] is a good free firewall. HTH
