Unlock Masters,

you should be able to go to Start, Run and type sfc

the systme file check should enable you to extract the file and replace the corrupted one.

This usually indicates that you have one of three possible problems:

1) You have the wrong version of the ole32.dll file

2) You have more than one version of the file on your system

3) You have the right one, but it has become corrupted.

Start with (2), Click start/find/files or folders, do a search on your C:\
drive for this file. The file belongs in the C:\windows\system folder. If
there is more than one found, try renaming all but the one in the system
folder to ole32.old (right-click on it and select rename).

If you have only the one, right-click it and select properties, check the
version tab. Compare it against the database here:

********support.microsoft.com/servicedesks/fileversion/dllinfo.asp

Is it the right one for you? If not, either reinstall the program you have
with the latest version (likely 4.71.2900.0 for most users, meaning
reinstall IE 5.01 or later).
