Question change drive letters [; ; win98SE]

I have made my 1 Hard drive in to 2 drive2 with fdisk and in windows it has made the drives c,d drive. How can i change the "D" drive letter to a different letter so i can make the cd rom back to "D" drive.



The puter is run windows 98se I know how to do this in windows xp
