I tried starting in vga mode and running last know good..... Still nothing.
What I guess I will do is run through the login blind and change the settings with keyboard.

Don't run last kown good, put it in VGA mode and go straight in to the desktop change it there and reboot

I suppose you can try going in blind then, I cannot think of any other way around it........Sorry

i did this the other day i was seeing how high i could get the refresh rate - amazing wot u get up to when were bored at work

luckily mine worked with the vga mode

good to see you sorted it
