Default WinMe Question.

Hi’ya,

I’ve heard that you can disable the BSoD (Boot Recovery Option) or something along those lines in WinMe, in doing so; this stops WinMe from constantly falling over, and becomes very reliable. Just how in the world, I would go about doing this… I haven’t a clue. I’ve tried doing a search on the net, without much luck, which doesn’t surprise me, especially since I don’t know the technojargon for doing the above, so if you can help with the technobabble, or with a link or two (the more the merrier) I would me most grateful.

If for whatever reason, you would find it easier to ICQ me, then to post a reply here… then please feel free to do so, my number is… 311546665

I wouldnt bother If you disable the bsod your pc will just restart instead of displaying it therefore making it harder to see what is wrong because you wont get the error messages the bsod provides. I really don't see how this can make WinMe more reliable. If I am wrong I'm sure someone will enlighten me but I dont think so
