Default Missing NTLDR windows 98 startup

I get this error on start up missing NTLDR ..presss ctr+alt+del to restart. how do i fix this please

That's a little odd, lesaj. Windows 98 doesn't use NTLDR. That's an NT or Win2k or XP thing. Did you do or try to do an update? See if the instructions in the third paragraph help:

You must be dual booting, as Windows 9x (95, 98, ME) doesn't use NTLDR, or are you trying to upgrade from 98?
