Question GTA 3 & The Spins

sponsored links
I'm trying to play GTA3 and any time I get out of the car thats what I get (the spins). I did everything they say to do at GTA. New drivers, change display settings, changed from a trackball to a mouse I also have the patch installed for 8.1. I don't believe its hardware I believe its software or something. I also have like nothing else running. So if and anyone can stop the spins that would be nice. Thanks, its got me nuts!!!

Dam!! I fixed it..... just in case someone else has the same problem. I found this in another forum all you have to do is play with the throttle. For those people who like the spinning use the throttle to speed it up.
