Never heard of the brand. How much is it in CDN? I can't get in to look at it as staples requires me to submit a canadian postal code (I'm in the US). Anyways the drives that are currently recommended at this point are the Pioneer 106/A06, The Sony Dru510a, and the Plextor 708a. All 3 are dual format drives (support - and + formats).

Never heard of it either. But try office depot instead, take any dvd writers they have to the front counter for a price scan. You might find yourself a pretty deal.

There's 2 models going about a -R and a dual format the -R is defo a pioneer 105 clone dont know about the dual format though as the pics ive seen have a headphone jack & volume control, but you never know i could be a 106 and it does look like a 105 but strange that pioneer would add the jack etc to a clone and not their own drive.
