Check the Motherboard Manufacturer's web page to see what CPUs it supports, check the maximum speed , chip type (ie socket A) and FSB (Front Side Bus) speeds and multiplyers.

If you are unsure of what this all mean post the Manufacturer and Model number of your Motherboard & I'll check it out for you.

I couldn't see your board on the manufacturer's page: ***********.azza.com.tw/Layout.asp
You have a Model : 8363-686A board.
However it currently runs the FSB at 200Mhz and uses a Socket A chip. The good news is that SiSoftware Sandra reports that your board is capable of supporting a 2 x 133 Mhz (or 266Mhz FSB Speed) and 133Mhz RAM.
So it should support any AMD Duron Socket A chip upto a XP2400+ .

Double check this with the Motherboard manufacturer ***********.azza.com.tw/Layout.asp?Page=contact before you buy a new CPU.

Also as the FSB is currently running at 200Mhz you will have to change the Jumpers on the board when installing the new CPU to enable it to run at full speed. Check the instruction book that came with the motherboard onhow to do this, if your not sure then have the computer store you purchase the chip at install it and set up the motherboard for you.
