Angry CCE does not output m2v video file

sponsored links

I have been following both the Newbie CCE Guide and the Advanced, and found, a small discrepency "to us Newbies anyway" Bitrate calc said 4600 or something, in Advanced, 3500 was entered, in newbie 4500 was entered. Just thought I would mention that.

My CCE SP 250 after entering in the avs file, and other settings as mentioned in both guides, the program does not offer an output of an m2v file! It only offers to output an mpv file, which will not work in the pulldown step. It will let me output mpv files for either mpeg 1 or mpeg 2. I didn't notice this until I went on to the next atep, and had no new m2v files to use. can I just change the name of the extention from mpv to m2v?

Please help

You can just change extention m8.
or from options change it so by default it outputs to .M2V
Either way it'll still work

Camel,

the stuff I put into for #'s with the bitrate calculator are irrelevant because they should be done on your own. They are different #'s because I was working on 2 different movies when I was making the guide.

I think in the text guide I forget to point that out the extension change, but I know I mentioned it in the flash guide.
