Default agp aperture size question

hi

ive just installed a 128mb gforce 4 graphics card and i have in the bios

the agp aperture size is 64 mb

but i can change it to 128mb is that the thing to do????

Set it to half your system RAM m8 that will be fine.
If you've got 256mb of memory or more set it 128, if you've got less than this leave it as it is.

my system RAM is 1GB, should i leave it at 128mb??

scrappy_doo is right. AGP aperature size is the amount of system memory reserved for an AGP graphics board. Leave it at 128MB.

No system memory not video card, if you got one gig you can easily knock the aperture up to 128, even 256 if your motherboard supports it.
