Default AMV converter tool

Hello boys and girls, could someone help me? I am trying to place an amv video onto my mp4 player but the [url=***********.topvideoconverter.com/amv-converter/]amv audio converter remains closed while i press convert, it just says program turning off. I do not know what to do.
