well it MUST be slower thats for sure ... mayb for slow ppl they might think it's improvement

It's definitely an improvement. I have both versions and the Pal copy is smoother and looks better. It is NOT slower, they both play at exactly the same speed.

OPS2 mag said that Sega were adding a 60hz mode to the pal version
