Default Help- how to convert SVCD (MPEG format) to DVD

i think htis has been asked before but cant find it
so i got a svcd DIsc and inside contains a mpeg file so basiclaly i want to covert it to be able to watch on dvd player (so convert to dvd disc)
any help plz

you may be able to watch it as an svcd on your dvd player already? and unless you have checked, there is no reason to think you will be able to watch it as a dvd-/+ r anyway...

Definatly been asked before (many time) the reason you couldn't find it is probably because you were looking in the wrong place.

Anyway, I'm moving this to the DVD forum (the correct place for these kinds of questions).

dvdlab will let you import svcd without re-encoding.

done two disks with 3 films on each with no probs.

also you can just link the two disks on the connections screen. so you dont have to join them.

Default burn dvd

Total Video2Dvd is a good choice. it can “Auto Convert and Burn MKV, Blu-ray TS, M2TS, AVCHD MTS, HDV1080i, Divx, Rm, Wmv, Avi to DVD Video Disc directly.”

Default Convert svcd(MPEG) to DVD

Hi,i head of a tool called Aimersoft DVD Creator not bad.
it may burn all pop formats to DVD,like AVI, MP4, MPG, [B]MPEG[/B], 3GP, WMV, ASF, RM, RMVB, DAT, MOV, FLV and even most HD formats like MKV files, FLV (Youtube), M2TS, TP and TRP. In addition, it supports movie trimming, cropping and effect adjustment.
