Default slimline dvd cases in UK

I had an aol disc through the door the other week & was in a dvd style case which was wafer thin (about half as thin as normal stly cases)
any one know where i can get hold of some of these

there are dual dvd slimline cases but these are not wafer thin ones these are same size as normal cases
