the words are

Minimum is P1 166, saying i have a

processor x86 genuine family 6 model 8 stepping 30 mhz

basically it is misreading my processor what do I do.

Are you're saying that when you attempt to install it it does a system diagnostic in order to see if you meet the minimum requirements, and its reporting your cpu as a 30mhz cpu? Will it allow you to continue with the installation process or does it just close the installation process altogether? Many times older programs aren't able to calculate newer system specs correctly. If you can continue with the installation process you shouldn't have any problems running the program because that info isn't actually used to run it. You also say you've used the service before. Was it on the same system or a different one. If so, what were the specs of that computer. For that matter, what are the complete specs of the computer your trying to use it on now?
