Default Convert Hauppauge TS Files to DVD on Mac and Burn to Disk with iDVD

Convert Hauppauge TS Files to DVD on Mac and Burn to Disk with iDVD
I would like to get the .ts files from my Hauppauge TV-card into DVD disk, so that I can watch them on my TV with standalone DVD player. However, the DVD burning software on my Macbook Pro does not recognize the .ts files. iDVD only supports the quicktime movies like .mov, .mp4. While looking for solutions to burn Hauppauge TS Files to DVD disk on Mac, I find Aunsoft Video Converter for Mac as the recommended TS to MOV converter for iDVD.

With Aunsoft Video Converter for Mac, you can not only convert TS files to MOV as QuickTime format, but also convert TS files to ProRes or Apple InterMediate Codec(AIC) as less compressed format for editing on Mac in high quality.
Below is the best way for you to convert TS to DVD on Mac for standalone DVD player with TV.
Step 1. Load TS files to Aunsoft Video Converter for Mac.
Run Aunsoft Video Converter for Mac as the 2011 best TS video converter on Mac. Click the "Add" button to import the .ts files, or just drag and drop the files to the application UI to load the recorded videos.
Step 2. Choose MOV output format.
Click the "Format" option, and choose HD Video > H.264 HD Video(*.mov) as output format. The Mac Hauppauge TS video converter will transcode .ts to .mov for iDVD.

Step 3. Convert Hauppauge TS to MOV on Mac.
Click the convert button under the preview window, and the Hauppauge TS video converter will convert TS to QuickTime MOV for iDVD on Mac OS X.
Step 4. Burn recorded videos to DVD with iDVD.
Run iDVD on Mac, load the .mov files and insert a blank DVD disk to start burning videos to DVD on Mac.
When the burning process is done, you can play the DVD disk on standalone DVD player with TV.
Tips:
If you have other PVR like Hauppauge myTV.PVR, Humax Foxsat HDR, PVR-9300T, Humax DuoVisio PVR-9200T, Humax 5050, you can also try Aunsoft Video Converter for Mac to convert .ts files to quicktime on Mac.
