Some virii use fake return mail to spread themselves. The from email address is not important as many virii will often just grab that from address lists, etc.

yeah ive had that one before now, got loads of returned emails every day, i bought mcafee online and did a full system runthrough, it found a couple of viruses on my system and killed themoff, since then i havent had any more returned emails
