Cant remeber the value of the fuse right now but you can buy one from radioshack that has the same rating and solder jumper wires to both sides of the burned out fuse and then to the both sides of the new one and it will work.

When I get home I can look and see what the value of that fuse is
there is a site somewhere that has a value for that fuse

I has to have the same rating.
you have to do a continutiy check if you set a meter to ohms
Put a probe on oth sides of the fuse

if you get a "0" or a "beep" then that means current can travel through the fuse that means the fuse is good.

No "beep" or any resistance then that means the fuse is bad

Fuses have different ratings like 1amp fuse I will try to find what the rating is lik-sang.com has that fuse and I think it has the values on it I cant post a link or go to that page just look for spare parts for ps2 when you get there.
