Default send fax from network

hi,
i have windows 7 professional with a fax pci connected to a line
i can receive and send fax using a account
now i need share that fax with others users in same computer
the problem is that i can´t see the fax in other account.
i have this working in the way i describe in winxp but in wind7
this dont´work at same way.
it´s this possible?

How to convert video files to iMovie .mov on Mac?
