If you had anti-virus protection and not anti-spywre protection then that is the main reason. You need both. I would look at the date of the post befor you start spamming.

As it makes you look like a novice and no one is going to take the slightest notice of you.

Sometimes my lap gets me crazy I want break it into pieces. Sometimes nothing works and I wish I could waste it. In such cases I just format the system and reinstall Windows XP. This gives me relief. As I remember what messes my pc a lot is loading a crack site. They are full of viruses. So take care.
