Default what is jdbgmrg.exe, and should I allow it to access the web?

I have something with the above name that zone alarm pro keeps asking me if it should allow it to access the web? I have no idea what this file/program is so I am not sure. At the moment I am just telling it no, but it keeps asking.

Its the windows java debugger (the teddy bear icon in the windows folder) It only needs to connect to the internet if you want Internet Explorer to debug java, unless its calling home (you never know with M$)
To turn java debugging off there should be an option under internet options>advanced

Do I need to debug Java? If I don't need to, I'll turn off the debugging option, rather not let microsoft have details about my pc if it is "calling home" as you put it.

No you dont need java debugging on it can even be a security risk so its best to disable it.

The only option I have checked in the virtual machine section(which is java isn't it?) is jit compiler for virtual machine. Java console and java logging are both unchecked.
