Default Movies played in media players are in fast!

sponsored links

Whether it be a VCd or any movie file that's been downloaded etc... it's in fast forward. I've tried all the media players I have in my computer. The movie is in fast forward when I watch it.

Also, my sound sounds all jumbled up in game, movies, mp3, etc...
When I go to Settings>Control Panel>Sounds and sample play the sounds, it sounds normal. But when I use a media player to play those sound, it sounds jumbled and corrupted or somethin. When I play a game, the music is jumbled...

What is going on w/ my computer???
How do I fix all these problems???!??
